Exchange Policy

At Outwearo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer an exchange facility subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Please note:

  • We offer a 5-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
  • For size-related exchanges, a charge of ₹50 applies.
  • If you receive the wrong colour or an incorrect product, Outwearo will take full responsibility for the exchange.
  • We do not offer refunds. Eligible requests will be handled through exchange only.
  • How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Please provide the following details when contacting us:

  • Your Outwearo order ID.
  • The reason for the exchange.
  • Clear photos or videos of the product, if required.   

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

  • The product is returned in its original packaging along with the original invoice, if applicable.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The product has no stains, unpleasant odours, or signs of wear.

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse and verify that it meets our exchange policy requirements, we will process the exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We follow strict quality checks before dispatching orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

In such cases, Outwearo will take responsibility for the return shipping and arrange an eligible replacement at no additional exchange charge.

No Refund Policy

Outwearo follows a strict no-refund policy. We do not provide refunds for customer-initiated returns, size issues, or other eligible exchange requests. Instead, eligible requests will be resolved through product exchange, subject to the conditions stated above.
