Exchange/Return Policy


We respect your decision to replace the order if you are unsatisfied with the product. We have a flexible exchange policy. Kindly make sure the product is in resellable condition before returning the product. 

Please note - 

  • There is no free return policy for size variation. please confirm the correct size before placing an order.
  • We take full responsibility for the exchange in case the wrong colour has been delivered to you.

How to request exchange:

Kindly Email us within 48 hours post receiving your order. Communication post the exchange window of 48 hours will not be entertained.

Help us with the following details while communicating to assist you better.

  • Your Outwearo order id.
  • Reason of return or exchange.

Please make sure the following return policy guidelines are met:

  • Items are packaged back in original packaging with the original bill.
  • Items must be not damaged unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear, etc.)

We will issue your exchange once the items are received in our warehouse and they meet the returns policy guidelines.


Damaged Product Returns:

We have a strict quality control procedure before shipment. Unfortunately, if the shipped product is damaged, the return shipment will remain our responsibility. We will collect the damaged product and replace it with a new product.
